    In this webinar Marguerite will walk you through a series of questions designed to help you get clarity around a 5 year vision for your life. What does success look like for your life and your business? When we know where we are headed, decision making becomes more clear.

    Once we have our 5 year visions we will create a one year action plan to begin systematically moving towards a business that supports our ideal life.

    Can be done in 90 minutes but works best as a 2 part class.

This is designed for agents who want to be a trusted advisor on LinkedIN, and how to avoid seeming gross and annoying!

    We cover places where agents often mess up on LinkedIn (and how to avoid them) as well as best practices for posting content to LinkedIn.

    How are some agents able to be so successful about referring clients outside of their market? Marguerite has made over 100k/year in referral income every year since she began building her referral business in 2016. Marguerite will dive into how to train your clients to come to you for real estate agents all over the country, how to successfully “matchmake” clients to the perfect agent for them, and share templates and scripts for handling common questions and objections.

We go over how to identify who the transacting clients in your specific market and how to attract them with your prospecting.

    That said, the market shift won't last forever. How do we maintain our sphere of influence even when the best thing for them might be to sit out for a period of time? We will also be auditing our sphere to assess whether our current sphere is sufficient to support our 2024 goals or if we need to grow or prospect outside our sphere in 2024.
