Marguerite continues to work closely with Tacoma real estate agents and brokerages, helping clients identify the best agent for their goals locally and nationwide through a referral and matchmaking model built on integrity and experience.
In addition to her work in real estate, Marguerite provides business coaching, consulting, and training to real estate brokers and teams at brokerages across the country. She specializes in helping professionals improve their quality of life, attract clients they love, and build business and prospecting plans they are genuinely excited to implement.
Marguerite holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) from Henley Business School in Oxfordshire, England. Her coaching education is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the Association for Coaching (AC).
